Springfield Lakes’s Gentle Dentist Welcomes You
Visiting a new dentist for the first time can make some people feel a bit anxious. We don’t want it to be that way. Our goal is to understand your concerns, background and discuss the impact on your oral health in a way that helps you feel at ease.
Please reserve approximately 45 minutes for your first appointment (you may want to arrive a few minutes early to fill out the necessary new patient forms). Most first-time patients book a checkup and clean, which also helps us to see the teeth better during your exam. You may also need to have X-rays taken to check for any problems that aren’t visible during the exam.
If you do need treatment, we’ll come up with a plan that addresses your dental needs and review our suggestions with you.

At Tina Dental Clinic, we genuinely care for our patients and treat you the same way that we do members of our families. That includes helping you feel comfortable and reassured about the procedures that you need.
We use extremely gentle techniques to ease your anxiety and give you the peace of mind that you deserve. General anaesthesia with an anaesthetist is also available at a hospital when necessary.
A Place Where Children Are Valued
Our staff work as a team to be gentle and welcoming, especially when it comes to children. When extra time is needed to help a little one through a specific procedure, we’re happy to accommodate your schedule.
Your children can also enjoy themselves by watching a television show in the surgery, or colouring while they wait in the reception room. They’ll even get to leave with a gift to help better care for their smiles at home!

We’re happy to accept all health funds and are in-network with QBE, Medibank Private, Bupa and HCF. We have a HICAPS machine on-site so that all claims are processed straightaway.
